Summer Staff

• We hire the best staff around to develop Christ-followers who love God and love people through outdoor adventure activities.
• Staff training is mandatory for all staff June 9th – June 15th
• Our counselor to camper ratio is 1:5, teams have 2 counselors and 10 kids.
• We are local to the Lynchburg area

Counselor In Training Program: (Positions are full for 2024)

Our Counselors in Training (CIT) add value to our team as we change the world by developing Christ-followers who love God and love people. CIT’s work hard as they support the camp counselors, learn leadership skills, and grow and learn more about who God created them to become. All CIT’s must have completed 7th grade in order to be considered for the position.
